Torch Prep's Weekend Warrior is our program for students who simply can't make our standard 5 Week Boot Camp or 5 Day Intensive. We cover the exact same content, train the exact same strategies, take the exact same tests, but instead of 5 weeks, we do it in 2 weekends...thus the name WARRIOR. In fact, we like to think Weekend Warrior is solely responsible for the huge spike in caffeine intake among high-school students (you're welcome Starbucks®).
4 days. That's what we ask of you. 4 long, but very focused days. 2 Saturdays, 2 Sundays from 9AM-4:30PM. Just 4 days. On the following Saturday morning you take the national ACT® test....then summer begins!
Should you do Boot Camp (5 weeks) or Weekend Warrior (4 Days)? It depends. Boot Camp is our most popular course. We have engineered it to be brilliantly effective. But it also takes 5 weeks. The Weekend Warrior courses are designed to serve families who are not able to go through our normal (5 week) training. Last year, several hundred students trained with us preparing for the June ACT®, and we saw incredible score increases. It isn't easy. It isn't supposed to be. But it works.

Inclement Weather When inclement weather affects a scheduled course session, a decision regarding cancellation will be made at least 1 hour before the session time. In the event that a session is cancelled, students and parents will be notified via e-mail. There will also be a bulletin on the home page of TorchPrep indicating the cancellation.
